আমরা পণ্য ক্রয়ের প্রথম ১০ দিনের মধ্যে এক্সচেঞ্জ অফার করি, যদি আপনার ক্রয়ের পর থেকে ১০ দিন অতিবাহিত হয়, তাহলে এক্সচেঞ্জ দেওয়া হবে না।
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
• আপনার আইটেমটি অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত এবং আপনি যে অবস্থায় পেয়েছেন সেই অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।
• আইটেমটি অবশ্যই মূল প্যাকেজিংয়ে থাকতে হবে।
• আপনার রিটার্ন সম্পূর্ণ করতে, পণ্যের রসিদ বা ক্রয়ের প্রমাণ থাকতে হবে।
• ডিস্কাউন্ট এ ক্রয়কৃত পণ্যের মূল্য অফেরতযোগ্য।
Exchanges (if applicable)
কেবলমাত্র ঐ পণ্য বা আইটেমগুলি এক্সচেঞ্জ অফার এর যোগ্য হবে যদি ডেলিভারি করা পণ্য ত্রুটিপূর্ণ/ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত/ভুল প্যাকেজড/ভুল সাইজ/ভুল রঙ এর হয় ।
আপনার রিটার্ন করা পণ্য পাওয়ার পর চেক করা হলে, আমরা আপনাকে একটি টেক্সট পাঠাব বা আপনাকে কল করে জানাব যে আমরা আপনার ফেরত আইটেম পেয়েছি। আমরা আপনাকে আপনার অর্থ ফেরতের অনুমোদন বা প্রত্যাখ্যান সম্পর্কেও অবহিত করব।
আপনি অনুমোদিত হলে, বিকাশ/নগদ এর মাধ্যমে আপনার অর্থ ফেরত প্রক্রিয়া শুরু করা হবে।

• আপনার আইটেম ফেরত দেওয়ার জন্য শিপিং খরচ আপনাকেই বহন করতে হবে।
• শিপিং খরচ অ-ফেরতযোগ্য! আপনি যদি রিফান্ড পান, তাহলে রিটার্ন শিপিংয়ের খরচ আপনার রিফান্ডের টাকা থেকে কেটে নেওয়া হবে।
• আপনার লোকেশনের উপর নির্ভর করে, আপনার পণ্যটি আপনার কাছে পৌঁছাতে কত সময় লাগতে পারে। লোকেশন অনুযায়ী সময়ের তারতম্য হতে পারে।
Delivery Process
• অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর, ঢাকার ভিতরে ডেলিভারি টাইম ১-২ দিন এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ৩-৪ দিন
• প্রাকৃতিক দূর্যোগ কিংবা জাতীয় কোনো বিশেষ অবস্থার কারণে ডেলিভারি টাইম বিঘ্নিত হতে পারে
• ঢাকার ভিতরে ডেলিভারি চার্জ ৬০ টাকা।
• ঢাকার বাইরে ডেলিভারি চার্জ ১২০ টাকা।
দ্রষ্টব্য: রাইডার থেকে পণ্যটি গ্রহণ করার সময় অনুগ্রহ করে পরীক্ষা করুন। কোনো কারনে পণ্যটি অপছন্দ হলে আপনি শুধুমাত্র ডেলিভারি চার্জ পরিশোধ করে তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে পণ্যটি রিটার্ন করতে পারবেন।

We offer an exchange within the first 10 days of your purchase, if 10 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered an exchange of any kind.
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges:
• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Sale items cannot be refunded.
Refund-Exchanges (if applicable):
We only refund items if they are defective/damaged/Wrong packaged/Wrong Size/Wrong Color
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a Text or call you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed Through Bkash/Nagad.
Shipping:
• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable! If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• Depending on where you live, the time for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Delivery Process:
• After order confirmation, Delivery time is 1-2 days Inside Dhaka & 3-4 Days Outside Dhaka
• Delivery time may be disrupted due to natural calamities or national special conditions.
• For Inside Dhaka Delivery charge will cost 60tk.
• For Outside Dhaka Delivery Charge will cost 120 tk.
Note: Please check the product while you receive it from the rider, and the rider is available in front of you. If you don't like the product then you can return it instantly by paying a delivery charge only
